01
Data we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account — such as your name and email — together with subscription and billing information handled by our payment processor. We also collect limited technical data (device, browser, IP) and, only if you consent, anonymous analytics about how you use the site.
02
How we use it
We use your data to provide and maintain your account, deliver Robin's signals, process payments, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, and — with your consent — understand usage so we can improve Robin. We do not sell your personal data.
03
Notifications
If you enable signal alerts or push notifications, we store the technical token needed to deliver them and a record of your preferences. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or your device settings, and we'll stop sending them.
04
Processors
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run the service — for example hosting, payment processing, email delivery and (consent-gated) analytics. They process data only on our instructions, under contract, and only for the purposes described here.
05
Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We protect it with encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups — though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
06
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, just contact us and we'll respond within the timeframes the law requires.
