Who we are
Ragazzi-fx ("we", "us", "our") operates Robin — an autonomous AI agent that analyses the forex market — together with this website and the apps that deliver Robin's signals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Robin is
Robin weighs fundamentals, news and market structure across 16 currency pairs and produces graded research signals. Robin is an information and education tool. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and nothing it produces is personal financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell.

Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate details when you sign up, keep them current, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We'll give reasonable notice before any price change.

Acceptable use
Don't resell, redistribute or scrape Robin's signals, don't share your account, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

No warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that signals will be accurate, uninterrupted or profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ragazzi-fx is not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Robin.

Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ragazzi-fx is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
